I love the idea of preserving lost art that is beautiful and always should be appreciated. My art starts with an acrylic painting on canvas and then it makes its way to jewelry. Using an art technique that I have developed I use metal to create this handmade jewelry... this is not decoupage, the image is embedded in the metal for lasting enjoyment! They are either embellished with Sterling Silver, Silver Plated, Antique Bronze, Found Objects, Howlite, Wooden Beads or Czech Glass Beads. They are hand cut from metal, annealed and hand filed so the edges are super smooth. They are handmade in my studio overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
