The Velcro allows this ADORABLE hat to fit my very small head! I do have to place the Velcro all the way to the end of the hat so only 1.5 inches is holding the back together for it to look right in me. The strap sticking out this far does mostly cover up the small pink ribbon in the back and the top and sides have more material than there should be. I really wish people would make x-small women’s hats that could fit me all the way around. I’m so limited in choices but YAY this one can work well enough & I LOVE it!
